"This property is a gem. The location is ideal, right in the center of the Monastiraki area. It is very new and has all the conveniences one could look for. Tasteful modern furnitures. The kitchen is so beautiful and complete. The AC is super cool, big refrigerator, a stove. It even has a washer which we really appreciate. "Located in a great area of Plaka. Easy to walk to everything. Nice balcony facing Plaka street and great view of Acropolis in back. Only downside was the lack of hot water from the water heater. The water would get cool before two showers were complete."

"It was the perfect spot for 1 night in Athens as we had a layover. It was walking distance from the acropolis and other beautiful areas of the city. Christos is an amazing host and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!"

Walk distance from the main sites, and a less than 1 minute walk from a great (GREAT) restaurant named Ovio, and other good walk distance places. The front desk were incredibly warm and very helpful (Thank you Zoi!) Tip- if you are here for a short period, do not waste an evening with the roof garden restaurant upstairs (mediocre food with horrible service)....
