"We had a wonderful beach view room in this new hotel. Great bathroom with wonderful shower and bidet toilet! Great food and pastries. Don't let the menu fool you, gourmet tapas, a must try are the camarónes with mushrooms. Amazi. Plus the Viereas,(scallops) awesome. "

"Nice hotel in an excellent location. Close to Punta Carreta Shopping mall and to excellent restaurants. Across the street from the water and Montevideo's famous Rambla. Don't disagree with those who say they could use some updating, but i found it a clean with great service. Would stay here again. "

"Location, location, location! Great location and so close to the beach (just a short block away). The area is also very safe and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The shower enclosure was a bit small. Large folks may need a room upgrade. Very good public transportation close by and taxis are always nearby."
