"Throughout our 3 days stay despite complaints air conditioning was not working. We slept in the room with a fan besides us. Disgusting and no one attempted to look into same. Staff was uncooperative even while advising good restaurants. Very slow. Staff had lot of difficulty in understanding English"

"Breakfast was not spectacular considering the price. Not really too many varieties. No water in the room but there is a fountain on every floor. So we can still make coffee with the in room machine. Overall ok. The snack is very basic too."

"We loved our stay. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff members were super helpful. The location was amazing—right by the cathedral. The only suggestion I could make would be to have at least one English speaking tv news channel available. I don’t go on vacation to watch English news and my French isn’t bad so of course it wasn’t a big deal, but in such a tourist spot it surprised me. It would’ve been nice when we were riding out the heat wave and talking a break from...
