"We had booked 7 rooms for a band having a show in Muskegon for 3 nights, One of the members got in their room to a made bed, but later discovered soiled toilet paper in the sheets. When she had called the front desk for help, they said they didn't have anyone to help but they could drop off new sheets.... ..."
