"Our stay here was a delight! The room was clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive, while also being friendly and approachable from the desk to the restaurant and everywhere in between. The turndown service was a nice treat of a surprise as well. We would love to come and stay again."

"The view of the lake and the grounds are fabulous. The room was very clean and comfortable. If I had one complaint it was that couldn't leave a little bottle of shampoo in the bathroom for the shower considering we paid good money for the room. The room has a small kitchenette if you wanted to bring some food back. Very spacious accommodations."

"The saving grace for this hotel is the sauna, we arrived and were told that the 3rd party we booked with didn’t pay them. They said they’d put us in a room for now, but we’ve got to fix it. I spent 2 hours getting it fixed. The pool was closed by then. We were sent to one room, the sheets weren’t made up on the bed, we were sent to another room. The entire time we kept having to walk to reception because the phone was busy. The hotel has disappointedly gone down hill since I visited 10 years...
