"Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. "Stay with family was awesome and the front desk staff was great. However, the in room dining was horrible. They took my order to the wrong room, unapologetically they gave us the salad we ordered, not fresh and over an hour later. Next, my bill had additional in room dining charges. I showed my receipt and on the bill it showed the incorrect room so they removed the charges but apprehensively. That put a damper on my stay because it ruined the vibe. Overall for this stay 3.8."
