The hotel is right next to a subway station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Every staff member we met was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. "The Hotel Location was the best, close to myeong dong and namdaemun. There was lots of food options walking distance. Hotel was a little old but it was clean and staffs was the best, Super accommodating and cleaning lady was super friendly. There bed was super comfy and internet worked very well. If we ever go back to Korea we will be back at New Seoul Hotel! We were a family with 4 and all of us enjoyed our stay at New Seoul Hotel. "

"This is my first time going to Seoul and this place is so convenient to everything (steps from shopping, lots of food options (street food, restaurant, etc.). The price is very affordable and they provide free lockers just in case you arrive early or want to leave later."

"The limousine airport bus stops right in front of the hotel to and from Incheon Airport. You just have to cross the street. The front desk is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They have laundry service that you can use by paying with a credit card. After check out we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers without paying a fee, which was great! Highly recommend for its convenience to and from places around seoul! Will come again!"
