We absolutely loved our stay here! The private pool was a great amenity. The room was huge and clean! The staff were all extremely helpful and caring and being able to communicate on WhatsApp was so convenient. The use of the driver was also so nice. This was the best hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

POINTS POSITIFS : Personnel toujours souriant et agréable. La vue depuis la chambre. Le service et la disponibilité. Le petit déjeuner qui est copieux. Flexibilité sur le petit déjeuner car j’avais demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un chocolat chaud et je l’ai eu dès le lendemain. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. POINTS NÉGATIFS : Le bruit (route, avions, autres vacanciers de l’hôtel qui rentrent dans la nuit et font du bruit). Certaines finitions de la chambre qui ne sont pas terminées. Certains jets du jacuzzi et la lumière ne fonctionnent pas. GROS POINT POSITIF : On nous a proposé un upgrade de chambre pendant 2 jours dans une villa avec piscine, ce fut génial ! Dans la globalité, nous recommandons cet hôtel car il reste tous de même dans les tranches de rapport qualité/prix honnête à mykonos.

Excellent location, walkable form the city with some effort. Amazing service, great staff. Breakfast in the room with excellent products. The room was great but we wish we had an outdoor table and some sort of seating area in the room (sofas or a comfortable chair).

We loved our stay here. It was the best. The staff were the best especially Suada. If I ever come back to Mykonos this is the place I would stay and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Loved it ❤️

It was a beautiful property for Mykonos, but I paid for a Fantasy Villa and I didn’t get it. They gave me a Seduction instead. Breakfast was the best ever!!! Staff was amazing!

We were so happy with our stay. Our room was one of the small apartments with a private pool, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of walking. It was private and still close to the port for shopping and immersing ourselves in Mykonos life. Our breakfast was delivered to us each morning. What was most appreciated was the amount of hospitality and services offered. They arranged all of our transportation and helped link us up with local vendors. We highly recommend!

The most beautiful place, everything about it was amazing. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and will do anything to help. The rooms and pool are amazing and the breakfast every morning is brought to your room! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at!

We had a wonderful stay at The Arcs. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The view on the balcony and with the hot tub was stunning. The hospitality was incredible and the Arc’s hotel staff did everything to make us feel comfortable.

Fantastic view. Very clean. Staff very attentive. Private transport is a must, but roads are very narrow and steep. We came in mid-October and there were few other guests. It felt very private in our unit and private terrace with hot tub.

L’hotel è forse nuovo , per questo ci sono parti poco curate (fili elettrici pendenti dal soffitto per esempio), doveva venire anche un elettricista a sistemare la luce spenta della piscina e altri problemi di luci , ma non si è visto , non semplice da raggiungere e comunque lontano dalla città , impossibile muoversi senza un mezzo proprio . Il personale è gentile e disponibile , la prima sera l’appartamento si è allagato a causa di una doccia fatta male , non c’erano le pendenze , per cui abbiamo aspettato che ripulissero il tutto seduti fuori , in Italia avrebbero cambiato la camera ,l’hotel era praticamente vuoto , lì invece ci è stato detto di non usare quella doccia , peccato che anche l’altra avesse il soffione che non teneva , la colazione veniva portata nelle camere , la scelta sempre le stesse cose , se poi uno avesse desiderato dell’altro sia in quantità che in scelta , non era possibile .comunque Myconos è una bellissima isola , purtroppo affollatissima di croceristi chiassosi .

My fiancé and I stayed at Arcs for 6 nights and ABSOLUTELY LOVED every minute! We stayed in the Ecstasy Villa, with the beautiful sea and sunset view, and large private pool (we didn’t need 2 rooms, but we wanted this view and pool). Waking up to this view and seeing the sunset from the comfort of our own pool was simply AMAZING, and so romantic! We would definitely stay here again!! The whole villa was very spacious. We rented a car, the hotel provided free parking (the steep road down is not for the faint hearted, but so is all of Mykonos) and we were just 5mins from the center of town. If you drive up for 5mins, you are rewarded with a GORGEOUS view of Mykonos town (“hidden” viewpoint). Every day we were taken breakfast at our chosen time. Everything was always delicious and plenty for us. You can pick from an assortment of eggs (scrambled, sunny side up, omelets), croissants, white/whole wheat toast, chia pudding/yogurt, fruit, coffees/tea, Greek salad, etc. Housekeeping also came by every day to tidy up and keep everything clean. The staff…NO WORDS, just THE BEST!! :) everyone always had a smile on their face, were extremely friendly and personable, and always very helpful. We dealt more with ARETI & cannot find enough words to describe how amazing and professional she was! She provided us excellent recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, trips…and we indulged in very enjoyable conversations with her. Overall, the perfect experience at Arcs! THANK YOU! :)

Great location, staff and property. You will just need to have transportation available if you dont want to spend a lot of money commuting to the city center as it is hard to walk there because it is up and downhill. I had to rent a car to save money on commuting but everything else is great.

We stayed in apartment no. 1A, good size, view of the highway, cleaning not thorough. Terrace/pool large, clean and nice, but no deck chairs and umbrella available so unfortunately we could not enjoy our vacation by the pool in a relaxing way. Breakfast was available but not a burner. The way to Mykonos town is a rough road, so we had to book the hotel's shuttle bus every evening at 40 euros. Otherwise, this hotel cannot shine with any other offers.

Hotel situado en un lugar muy inaccesible. Requiere disponer de coche para llegar a cualquier lugar. Frente al hotel, hay un carretera con mucho trafico.
