Well run, fully renovated and modern inside with lock typical Mykonos charm. Great location only minutes walking from the beach and a bus stop to Mykonos town. The owner is on site 24/7 always going above and beyond. Thank you for unforgettable stay at Mykonos.

A lovely Villa in a nice part of The Island

Loved being on this more quiet part of the island. My room had a nice view with lots of window/doors that could be left open all night. The beach & great restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Nick was waiting for me when I arrived & the airport, & dropped me off at my friends Villa near the ferry terminal when it was time to leave. Taxis are hard to get & have no set rates. It’s very nice to have The Villa provide transportation. I would stay here again.

The place was very clean with a nice view. It had everything you need from a fridge to a toaster. They also picked us up from the port and drove us to the airport. It's owned by a very friendly family. Very close to the beach and the bus stop to go to Mykonos town. I would recommend it, unless you want to stay in Mykonos town where there is more action.

Our stay at Villa Nireas was excellent! The apartment is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the AC works wonderfully! Nick picked us up from the airport when we arrived and dropped us off at the ferry the day we left free of charge. He gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. The bus stop is very close (3 minute walk) from the hotel and it takes about 10 minutes via bus to get to Mykonos town. The beach is a 5 minute walk. It's a great beach with very affordable beach chairs to rent for the day.

The hosts were AMAZING, making this one of my favorite bed and breakfast properties of all time! Alex drove us to/from the airport, reducing the need for a car the entire trip, and Nick warmly drove me to the doctor when I needed medical attention mid-trip. Unit was always clean and our hosts left us homemade cake on our final night. Wonderful place and wonderful location.

Villa Nireas is a great place to stay. Great host/hostess. Exceptionally clean rooms. Fresh linens/towels. Very much appreciated the toiletries. Plenty of hot water. Especially luv the home made greek pie from the hostess

The owners were wonderful the entire time we were there. The location is up a short steep hill and there are a few stairs. Nick, the owners son, carried our suitcases up to our room for us. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Bring your own coffee (they do have a coffee maker). Our first night, the owner brought us delicious lemon cake freshly baked. There is a scooter/ATV rental near by, as well as a cafe/coffee shop. Rooms were cleaned daily. AC worked well. At end of our trip, Nick gave us a free lift to airport. Location isn't far from a beach. There are sun beds available for $. I would easily stay here again! Travellers ages: 32 and 46.

Perfect, always again! Great value for money.

Amazing stay at Villa Nireas! We were picked up from the airport and dropped off, even though everyone from the group arrived at different times - free of charge! The property is super central to the local beach and supermarket, yet secluded and private. We loved sitting at the balcony in the morning, sipping our coffee and enjoying the view across the village. No disturbances from any other hotel guests and bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room area were all perfectly suitable for our group of 4.

Отличное место для отдыха.

Очень хорошее место проживания. Были там 7 дней! Самый большой плюс - это хозяева, которые очень чутки в обслуживании и общении. Сами апартаменты тоже на высоте, у нас было 2 балкона с которых открывался хороший вид на море и деревушку. Расположение удобное для всего острова, но обязательно с машиной. Убирались каждый день и еще мыли посуду. Из недочетов могу только указать не очень больших размеров, но это везде и для комфортного мытья одному удобно. Не хватает размера для двоих. Спасибо хозяевам за прекрасный отдых.

Above and beyond with amazing views.

Nicholas and his family/parents were so hospitable and accommodating to our needs, we can't fault them (even gave us Easter biscuits). They provided free pick up and drop off service from either the ferry port or airport. They showed us where the hotspots were and if certain shops or restaurants were not so good or expensive. Our quadbike ran out of petrol, (luckily at the hotel) we went to see if Nicholas was at home and if he could help... his mum rang him to come back right away and he took us to get some petrol. That simplest act of kindness made our trip that much more enjoyable. We were close to one of the beaches even though it was off season and cold, we still enjoyed it ... and only 10min drive from town. Thank you :)

Amazing stay in a secluded spot!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Villa Nireas! We were greeted by Nikos at the port and given a free transfer to and from our villa. On the way, we were able to stop at the local supermarket, which was a big help. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Nikos and his parents were very friendly and accommodating.

Maria and Alex were great hosts! Our stay at Mykonos was very nice and we were very happy with the close proximity to the beach. Clean rooms and very affordable for the location.
