No estoy seguro si volvería a reservar con ellos

Cuando llegas al lugar no sabes ni donde es la entrada, tienes que llamar para que alguien llegue por ti, (si no eres de Grecia eso podría ser un inconveniente). Luego me llevaron aun hotel de 3 estrellas que se llama Marianna que está algo más lejos de donde originalmente está este. Para solventar el inconveniente, arreglaron el shuttle al aeropuerto para el siguiente día, y el personal del hotel Marianna fue muy bueno. Aunque olvidé mi selfie stick ahí, les escribí y nunca respondieron.

Mixed fortune

The hotel taxi took us to another hotel, offering no explanation. This hotel was further from the port. Arriving late (around 11pm) it was disappointing to find no water in the room and that the bar was closed. The room looked good, but had not been properly cleaned. However they gave us breakfast and offered us a swim in their pool

Gute Lage und große Zimmer.👍😊

Die Lage ist optimal um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr groß und der Service war sehr freudlich. Die Beschilderung zu den Häusern hatten wir nicht gefunden, aber telefonisch hatte es dann super geklappt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.👍😊

Premièrement ont ne nous a pas logé à l’hôtel VRISSI mais dans un espace d hôtel à côté de l hôtel mangas où ont nous a dit qu’i N’y avait pas de réservation à notre nom après u coup de téléphone de la personne qui nous a reçu qui était très sympathique elle a accepté de nous loger dans une petite chambre sans air une petite fenêtre donnant sur la rue impossible d’ouvrir. Température intérieure 26 degrés et bruyant une impression d être sur le trottoir impossible de dormir et tout ceci pour 140€. C est inadmissible déjà l année dernière nous n avions pas été logé dans l hôtel réservé mais la chambre était correcte 2 mauvaises expériences avec vous

Terrible location

The hotel overbooked us (seems to be a normal thing with them) and they sent us to another hotel really far away from where we wanted to be. We were so tired after a 12 hours flight that we decided to just go to where they wanted to take us. The problem is that once you check in you can't check out. We spent 5 days commuting to Mykonos town... a 45 minutes uphill walk....

A cheap price room for cheap facilities

15 minutes by walk from the chora center. no staff at the hotel --> hotline assistance in case of problem/request. Property .... dirty, rooms clean but bed, towels and équipements nope. Bus stop and mini market at 10 secondes by walk. Place ok if you want to keep your money for having fun in party :)

Relocated - barely compensated

We booked at Vrissi for 5 nights at the beginning of our trip in Greece. The reason we chose Vrissi was its location! Upon arrival at the airport, we were informed that they had overbooked us at Vrissi, however had found us a new room. We were grateful for that. We arrived at the room to realise it was more than double the distance to Mykonos town, to what Vrissi was. The room in itself however was quite nice, however location is what we were after, and what we did not receive. Albeit, we had no other option. As I work myself in hotel, I can appreciate occupancy levels, and the difficulty it may have been to seek alternate accommodation, and appreciate that the staff had found alternate accommodation, it is the responsibility of the hotel to do so however. That all being said, when seeking compensation, as we then needed to account for travel costs, the staff at Vrissi were not helpful in the slightest, and in fact, very rude! We were offered an average set menu dinner, and a transfer to the port... this did not help that we needed to pay at minimum €10 on travel just from the room, to the town and back daily. I would not reccomend this accommodation purely based on the lack of intersonal skills, understanding of guests and rude customer services received throughout our stay. Thank you.

Promesas en el aire

Cambio de ultima hora, la agenzia Azurro, que gestiona la pension, nos cambia a Mina Town prometiendo que es de la misma calidad y ademas incluye wifi. El aire acondicionado goteando 2 dias e inundando la habitacion. Agua cortada 2 tardes son poder ducharnos y la unica respuesta chulesca es que nos duchemos antes. Ni una sola llamada de la agencia. No confien en ellos

Hotel non-existant when we got there. Got transfer

Hotel non-existant. The 'boss' transferred us to another hotel which had bugs. He was rude. We were asking questions, he wouldn't help.

The strangest place I've ever stayed in

We arrive at the port and there was no one waiting for us. Luckelly a nice man offered to help and he called the hotel for us. After 15 min, someone came to pick us up. We arrived at the place she showed us the room, said goodbye and left of. From that point on, there was no one to talk to. No reception, no management, only a cleaning lady that does not speak English. The price is to high for the quality and service. No value for money at all. We only stayed thee for one night, and we r very glad for that. If u only need a place to put down your head and sleep, it's fine. But don't come with expectation for nothing.

Nice location, mixed staff

The people in charge were very rude and unhelpful. We once asked to reset the wifi and once asked of there was a laundromat nearby. I couldn't believe the attitude they gave for such small requests. But the cleaning lady was very nice, the only staff member who was descent. Other than that, it's a great location in town and quiet if you need sleep. If you're looking for a nice hotel, this is not it. But you'll want to spend little time in the room, as the nightlife is awesome and daytime is beautiful. So I would recommend.

ここはホテルではなくレンタルルームです。書いてある電話番号も違うホテルのもので、見つからずに電話してもだめ。所在地まで行っても誰もいなくて、親切な別のホテルの方が、どこかのエージェンシーに連絡してもらってようやく泊まれました。（しかし最後まで管理人とかホテル関係者には会えず）看板も出ていなくて誰も居ないので、場所を間違ったと思って３時間歩き回りました。近所の方も全員知らないというし、親切な方に会えなかったら泊まれなかったと思います。ホテルではないので、タクシーなども呼べず、非常に不便。Wi-Fiももちろんなかったです。ベッドのシーツになぜかしわがたくさんついていたのも非常に不快でした。管理が非常にずさんだと思います。

Noisy place

This place is actually just rooms for rent so you better contact them ahead of time to meet you at the airport or ferry or you will have a devil of a time finding it like we did. They were actually very rude about it. The room is clean and large and the location isn't bad but they obviously cater to college age crowd. It was very noisy and thus we were kept up until the wee hours.
