There was construction of some sort going on that was not listed. So being in the room during the day was loud. Staff was friendly though and loved the location-so close to the beach!

This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. When entering the Guest Rooms Building, you need your Key Card (which is fine). The first area you enter is not welcoming and the signage is poor. This area is a narrow hall and cluttered with luggage carts. On the West side of the hallway are the Elevators and to the East side is the indoor Pool Area. The Pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) are underwhelming. The pool/hot tub/lazy rivers feel like they are on top of each other. It is not spacious and it isn’t relaxing. There was no place onsite to enjoy a beverage or a snack…unless you count vending machines. Upon exiting the elevator on the 15th Floor, one is immediately assaulted with a heavy sewage smell. It smells like toilets have been overflowing with stool for a long time. Both the elevators and hallways are filthy. It appeared No one cleaned the floors in these areas during our stay. The bed was very hard, the bedding fit poorly, as if someone was playing a trick and short sheeting the bad. The towels were fine. The room was small. There are No luggage racks or anywhere to place suitcases, except the bed. There was an old closet which the doors had been removed from. Instead of removing the hardware and the trim it was painted over and the carpet was cut out. There are Light switches to nowhere. Think Motel 6 with a pool area.

First, I paid for a Ocean view Room, What I got was a room that if you turned your head hard to the left you got a glimpse of the ocean. AKA a partial View The Room was not clean, there was something splattered on the Mirrow in the Bathroom, Looked like toothpaste, under the bed was dust bunnies big enough for a small child to ride, and We found hair in the bed sheets The overall property appearance was poor, the property is being kept in poor condition, there is damage everywhere, and the 2026 season is just starting. The Light Lens in the Elevators have dirt, dust, and dead bugs covering them. And finally, the employees no nothing about Hospitality Business. When I was having a issue at the corner Coffee shop, an employee felt it necessary to insert them into the issue, with their negative comments towards me. The Property is trying to sell their rooms as Condos, but why would you want to spend 100s of thousands of your hard-earned money for a property that is not being cleaned or maintained and has a staff that is rude towards their client base.

This was our 2nd time staying very nice staff very clean great location for access to the beach ⛱️ we have oceanfront view its breathtaking very nice pools and hottub clean well maintained ony complaint would be the elevators during busy season you wait about 30 min to get from your room down on ground 😀 but other than that i would recommend

We had a great stay at Bay View. Located right on the water with beach access, great views. The ocean was a little chilly while we were here but the hotel offered multiple indoor/outdoor pools and spas that the kids absolutely loved. Our room was spacious and perfect for a family of 5 (condo b) and even had a full kitchen to make early morning breakfast all the easier. Our only problem was the plumbing. One of the showers in our unit made an awful knocking sound whenever the hot water turned on but we were told it might be because of the construction. That was going on throughout the building. Other than that we had a great stay and are looking forward to the next time we can visit.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean, very spacious, and the staff was very nice. The day of check out I needed a little more time to check out of the room because my partner and I was feeling sick from the previous night and the front desk gave me two extra hours. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that every time we stepped out on the balcony there were people smoking weed and sometimes it was very strong, other than that the stay was perfect!
