I cannot say enough about the friendliness of everyone at the front desk! Definitely a pleasant way to enter the building. The daily breakfast was also a yummy perk! However, I did not realize exactly how pet friendly this place was. The hallways and rooms definitely give off a dog smell. The ironing board in my room had dog hair matted to it and I didn’t realize until after I ironed my dress. Then I spent a while trying to get the dog hair off of my dress. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO DOGS! The floors were dirty and I had to wear my flip flops around the room because my feet became filthy. The bottom of the tub also seemed dirt stained. I think improvement in the cleanliness area is needed.

The first room I was assigned to was already occupied by someone else. The 2nd room had no battery to be able to Enter the room. The 3rd room is dirty and no has carpeting. This hotel is awful. Do not stay here.

Although there was two bookings for my and to find out if our luggage wasn’t in the room they wouldn’t have known but when we got back to our room they were across the hall and explained why our room key didn’t work but it was all a miss understanding and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful remodel
They are currently remodeling the hotel. While we were on the completed side of the remodel. Unfortunately their are a of lot of construction noises during the day, it quiets down around 5 pm. I do believe they are almost finished with the remodel. So far the rooms and lobby are beautiful! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Nice place to stay
Very nice people hotel was clean and breakfast was great also. When we came in I loved the free coffee and it was there even late at night. Would stay again for sure.

we have stayed here 3 times in last two months and really enjoyed it. It is close to my daughter who has a new baby and we are visiting her. Will be glad when renovations are done as we enjoy staying in the oversized rooms and they are under construction right now. Staff is very friendly and checkin and check out is very quick. Even though renovations are going on it it very quiet in evening and early morning when we are there. Will definitely stay there again when we go back in February.

I did not like the fact that our room was changed from a regular king size. And then we were given a king size handicap. Accessible bathroom which does not have any shower doors on the shower. Water kept going all over the bathroom which is not safe at all.

everything was great. This is 2nd time we have stayed there and loved it. This time we got an oversized room on 2nd floor right off the elevator and it was very nice. Will definitely stay there again. My daughter lives less than mile from there and has just had baby and I will probably come down there without my husband and I felt very safe. Only thing is remembering to tell them at front desk that we want room cleaned. Easy check in and easy check out.

Gal at check-in desk was very personable. Lobby and dining area were beautiful. Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Shower is very small. No maid service unless requested before 11am. Still, room was clean and quiet.

Liked everything about the property. Everyone on staff was very nice. Loved the extra time to bake cookies and we would get one when we came in at night. Was less than a mile from our daughter and son in law and that is why we went down there to see our new grandson. Will definitely stay there again. My husband was with me this time but felt safe enough that I would be comfortable to stay by myself there.
