This property is an older property. Although everything was clean, there are many repairs that need done. The bathrooms need updated, some holes in the stucco/ceiling, the outside of the building stucco is old and worn. The staff was very nice and they did clean the property.

Room was well maintained, beautiful view from the balcony. On the negative side: lack of cooking utensils, bed was very soft, couch was not comfortable. Pets are allowed but can't stay in the room alone. This presents a problem if you want to see any attractions since none allow pets. Overall it was okay. A value for the money.

Great view of the beach, the only thing is that it was supposed to be a smoke free area but there were several people smoking around the unit which made it smell like cigarettes, but other than that it was worth it

The staff were very accommodating! They helped add on to a stay for emergency reason! I didn’t get to use the pool as it was closed but it’s ok! Wouldn’t mind staying longer if I had the opportunity!

Very old everything and bad holor many dogs and holor to cigarettes the furniture of agitation disarm from old ones spend 3 nights and I never changed your wings or sheets and a single roll of paper is a terrible place to spend your holidays everyone smoking marijuana you can not be on the balcony resting

Loved that the property welcomed my pet, everything was wonderful except the inconvenience of not having a microwave to be able to have to quickly warm up our food. Me and my husband could deal with not being able to smoke in the room, but could not understand why we could not smoke on the balcony when we had people smoking all around us. The hallway was smoked up when we would go to our room but yet we could not smoke on the balcony, it made no sense. But all and all, our vacation was one to remember.

Beach view was excellent. We enjoyed time in the balcony and walking on the beach. We didn't realize the pools would all be closed. Rooms are older but clean. Bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer took our money a few times but staff made it right. For a non smoking facility, we did smell weed and smoke in the elevators often. All in all we liked the location, convenient to everything.

Honestly it did want it had to due put you head down call it a night. But funny how the pictures make it look beautiful. I should have taken pictures and a video to show how run down it is. Place says no smoking, it smelled like a runned down smoke palor. Had no hot water in the shower for those really cold days, but then again it had no heat either. Where I stayed the ceiling had bubbles or popped holes because of water leaks. When I went out to the balcony to look at the area, I noticed everyone had a nice clean pool. The pool at this location was the secret of the ooze. Probably in it's hay day this was a great place to stay, but if your rolling with the family NOT a place to stay. If rolling solo like I was and need somewhere really cheap then this is the spot.
