The property is ideal for families, the multiple indoor and outdoor pools made it so it was never too cramped. The hotel was still under construction which made it look unwelcoming, and the hallways/rooms are pretty dated but at least mostly clean. Location wise it was an 40 minute walk down to the skywheel and the popular restaurants/attractions, other than family kingdom which was a 10 minute walk. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to come back when the hotel is finished with the renovations.

It was absolutely horrible. Dirt/crud in the bathroom. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. When we arrived we had to wipe of the kitchen table ourselves. The pictures make this place look nicer than it actually is. Very disappointed, will NEVER be back.

Room was fine ….. customer service lacking big time …. Called more than once before arrival and construction was never mentioned …. No lobby … no food … nothing had no idea where to go … will NEVER be returning here
