The property was under renovation and I was not made aware until I arrived. No free breakfast as advertised, ice machines didn’t work and carpet was being laid outside my room.

The room was nice and big. Easy check in and out. They did not give advance notice about breakfast not being served bc of that area being closed down to hold reams of new carpet. So that was an added cost to our budget.

There was remodeling going on. If i would've known i wouldn't have paid that kind of money for the room. Then i forgot my suitcase, shampoo, and condition that was very expensive MAD VIKING product. My mom had to drive 8 hours 4 hours there and 4 hours back to get it. Got my suitcase but not my shampoo & conditioner. The cleaning gals said they didn't see it. False i know it was in the room because i used it.

Still doing renovations. Avg $125 per night this stay. Unacceptable room condition. First suite was not serviced and had an empty patch of cigarettes, coffee cup from previous guest and an unmade bed. Second room on fifth floor had a torn apart hallway well no carpet. Room was newly renovated, but had no trash cans, tub filled with dirt and dust which I had to clean before use and a tub spigot that pulled out of the wall during use…on top of all that, they still do not offer breakfast because area is gutted. What exactly did I pay for??? Avoid

Not clean at all. Under construction and does not need to be open during construction. The whole place smells like mold and mildew. I now have a sinus infection from spending one night.

The first room was nusty and the shower was leaking. The second room had only a half role of toilet paper and no sosp dish (we didn't notice until we got back late at night. We did notice that master suite's bed looked improperly made and appeared partially slept in. I was at breakfast that we notice that there was none due to remodeling. This was not advertized. It wgainill be Difficult to book with Country Inns and Suites by Radisons again as much as we have previously used you over the years,

4 rooms later settled on no a/c small fridge broken, no toilet paper. Dirty dirty dirty .. hallways not vacuumed while doing construction.. no amenities at all wrong on web site

A dump!! Mold in ceiling and top of wall, no breakfast, no soap was in room, 4 different color of light bulbs in fixture over sink, undergoing some kind of renovation and sheetrock debris scattered all down carpet leading to room, over $100 paid for this room. Rather stay again in a shipping container in Afghanistan. Booked 3 rooms and all the same so issues not isolated to one room. Too many around that area are not dumps.
This is old damage never addressed

Where do I begin….??? Upon entering the lobby we were met with “Out of Order” signs for pretty much everything. From the continental breakfast, to the lobby restrooms, parking and other common areas. We were informed that there are renovations which caused the shutdown of these basic amenities. The hotel’s website didn’t indicate that they were going through any renovations. When I asked about the breakfast options I was met with a “No, we don’t have it available “ No apologies for the inconvenience, lack of transparency on their website. The front desk staff was not pleasant or inviting at all, borderline rude. After entering my hotel room I was met with an unmade bed, tv on, and personal items in the room, basically it was occupied by another guest. When I returned to the front desk and informed them of this, I was greeted with questions. Umm… excuse me but can I get a room that’s unoccupied and clean?? They assigned us a new room, but again the amenities were not there. The in-room spa bathtub didn’t have running water, there was hair and fur all over the sofa. Only one lightbulb working in all the of the light fixtures.

This was by far the worst hotel we had ever seen! I understand they were under construction but that had nothing to do with what we saw. Elevator was filthy,”stuff smeared on walls, a floor ashtray in hallway w old vomit and ashes. Bedrm was like something out of a horror movie, picture hanging on the wall had mold under the glass, bed skirt was hanging every which way, mattress sunk in the middle, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in ??, mold in corners. Obviously we did not stay. We did take pictures of this and more. I have never written a review like this before or left a hotel for filthy conditions.
