Loved the location and the amenities, the facility staff was very good, and public areas were always clear. The actual unit looked good in the photos, but, up close, the backsplash and countertops were actually contact paper that was peeling off and was poorly taped up to try to hold it on. Furniture was cheap quality, bed was hard, small washer/dryer very noisy. Would stay at Harbourgate again, just not this unit.

Liked that it was close to the beach, no issues checking in. Did not like...bathroom floor was dirty, stove and refrigerator both need to be updated. Both were rusty and stove's door had peeling and glass was dirty. Need more luggage carts.

Property was pretty much as described. Access was easy, it was kind of small for a 1 month stay so would find something a little bigger on our next trip. Gave it a 5 because we got exactly what was described.

Had a terrible time checking in because they couldn't find my reservation thru Hotel.com. Finally got that settled and got in. Neighbor next door was fighting with someone yelling and cursing. Finally quieted down. Otherwise, was good except for this. Was close to go visit my family & take my great grandchildren out to eat and shopping for Christmas. Perfect location. Was very clean and had all I needed to make meals and enjoy my stay.

Condo by the water

It was comfortable after I cleaned the condo my way. It wasn’t that clean smelled old and the wash clothes had bugs on them glad I brought my own towels and wash clothes. No tissue was in the bathrooms so I had my own. Couldn’t get into the room upon arrival the room code was wrong. Brain was a great help to me. He made show I had my passes and where to park and the correct door combination.
