Nice cheap beach trip!

Great beach view and beach access. Pool area has a place to rinse off sand as well. Though there isnt a private balcony area, they provide chairs so you can sit outside of your room and look at the beach.

Outdated hotel, dirty, small rooms. Only good thing is that the hotel has balcony around all rooms and a nice beach view. It has a pool and jacuzzi. Long walk distance to boardwalk and other entertainment areas. Very limited parking spaces.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!! This hotel is disgusting!! They do not clean the rooms after each use. The man at the front desk put me in a room that the shower had dirt grime built up, sand on the floor like it had not been swept, and there was long black hair stuck on the wall of the shower wall. The dirt and sand was all over the room also. It felt very dirty!! The sink was gross!! They kept the used shampoo and soap in the shower from the person before. We stayed ONLY because he said he was sold out, no other hotels had availability, and i needed some sleep before hitting the road the next morning. While driving, i got a message from the man at the front desk telling me they were charging me for a cleaning fee of cleaning hair in the bathroom and a small drop of juice from my child on the blanket, that would have came out very easily in the wash. I told him that is not fair to charge me for issues that were there prior to us coming other than a small spot on a blanket that needed to be washed anyways. I never heard back, they do not care!! DO NOT UTILIZE THIS HOTEL!!!!

Well I booked a room on the beach. Then after I paid I found out my room was across the street in a rundown piece of dump. It was completely falsifying from what I seen in the ad. There was half of the hotel on the beach the other half is the rundown dump across the street that I got stuck in. Didn't even stay .We checked right back out and left ,,very rude man at the desk refuse to give us our money back and we were only there 10 minutes. Very disappointed!! Be careful of there scams .

Location at the beach is the only good thing. The rest did not meet our expectations as reflected on the website. Says Resort but this is a motel. They put pretty pictures of the parts of the motel that have been refurbished but the rest appears to be a work in progress so don't go by the positive comments or the pictures online. Check the room before you check in and pay and leave. Make reservation through Expedia and not the property itself.

I was charged $50 to check in early. The room was not very clean and floors were sticky. There is a coffee pot in the room with nothing to make coffee with, not even coffee filters. There isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. We stayed four days, and housekeeping NEVER came to our room, to make up the room, take trash, or provide clean towels. When we asked for towels and housekeeping to attend to the room, we were told that there is an additional $25 fee, per day, for them to service the room? What? There is not an ice machine or any vending machines in the property. The front desk charges $3.15 for a 7 pound bag of ice, that WE had to go across the street to get from a motels locked ice box and then return the key to the front desk! We killed 2 roaches in the room during our stay. The batteries were dead in the tv remote. The jets did not work in the jacuzzi, it was hot water though. There is not an elevator on the property. We were given a 3rd floor room and my husband is disabled (2 hip replacements) but had to climb the stairs to the room. There is not enough parking for 1 car per room! People Double parked, blocking other patrons! They charged $50 to our room, “ incidental “ because there was “sand” in the bathroom shower and on the used towels….ummm…well this is a BEACH FRONT hotel! The staff were very rude as was the front desk clerk! There were 6-8 cats roaming around and climbing on vehicles. Cans of cat food and fly covered bowl of cat food on walkway!

The motel is right on the beach for easy access. Private parking. Our room came with a kitchen, so we could have cooked any meal if we wanted. We did pay for an ocean view room, but our view ended up being the stairs to go up to the top levels. We tried to discuss some discount/reimbursement but were unsuccessful but not a big deal as we still enjoyed our room. Rooms are not very sound proof so we heard lots of yelling and slamming doors, but it did not inconvenience us much. We will definitely be coming back!

An Okay Stay

My stay was okay. The room was a bit small, and one part of the hotel was directly on the beach. The other portion was across the street. Needless to say, I was housed in the portion across the street.
