Clean room, clean beds, clean bathroom. This is a good place to sleep on a budget. We didn’t see any bugs . Late check in but I would rather check in late with a freshly cleaned room than on time with poor room. Good Job!

I can’t complain too much I got exactly what I paid for. Based off pictures alone I did believe my room would’ve been slightly bigger. Instead it was a room with a bathroom where you had to stand awkwardly behind the toilet to close the door. One side of the bed was just too close to the wall to get in. The kitchen sink took at least an hour to drain completely. Aside from the room the only complaint I really would’ve had would be the smell of other guests smoking pot on the balconies at all different times of the day. I probably experienced more pot on a 3 night stay, than party with a theme of pot (being people who are not against it and partakes on occasion, it was just too much for us). Didn’t really help that the sliding door to the balcony was also a fight so if we opened it, it was kept open for a duration. We didn’t experience any trouble with finding parking, but since I have not seen anyone state anything about the parking garage the ramps up/down were narrow and steep. The clearance for those ramps is only 6 feet. One last thing if you are not over 25, you will need $100 cash for the security deposit. They won’t tell you until check in. The on site ATM charges a $9 fee to withdraw. I’ll be honest I was expecting to pay one with how much I travel, it just would’ve been nice to know before hand that they want it in cash and how much before I ever booked.

I wish I could remember the woman's name who checked us in I know it started with an S , she was very polite and welcoming. From reading the reviews I was nervous at first but I’m glad I booked anyway. The kitchen was convenient, the location was spot on. I was placed in a room right in eye view of my vehicle the room was clean and I honestly enjoyed my stay. Will be staying again!

This property is very old and it looks like slums, and that's why you get the people that come their. The room was decent the view was great. All you smell is weed. The people have no consideration for others staying there. No one came to clean the room the whole week, we had to ask someone to sweep our room. We had to catch someone in the hallway to keep getting clean towels.One day they threw linens on our bed, i guess they expected us to put the new linen on the bed isn't that there job to I'm on vacation. Will never stay here again. You get what you pay for!

The surroundings are messy specially the hallways and stairs. There are garbage and cigarette butts. The pool's water needs to be replace.not enough parking space. Not being consistent in the check in schedule.

It didnt have a cookie sheet for the oven but it had everything else. The couch had spots all over it. The hidaway bed was broken and the pull out couch bed was awful to sleep on but everything else was fine love the view of the ocean

Staff was great and friendly but property itself is way outdated. Booking this property online is very deceitful. It states its a resort hotel, and even the pictures matched. As soon as we arrive, it is NOT a resort or even a hotel, it is a MOTEL. The rooms were so nasty for my family and I, but everywhere else had no vacancies due to events so we were stuck. Walking into the room, you would think its been abandoned. Good thing we were full of plans and barely in the room, because the room was disgusting. The carpet was so dirty it was sticky, dog poop smeared on the wall, the bathtub looked like someone was ripping the vinyl, the sink leaked all over the place. They dont have outlets convenient to you, but was made sure there is one next to the sink that leaks everywhere. With how much we paid for our stay, which didn't match what it was advertising for, the property itself should have kept up with itself. Vending machines broken, but it was nice to walk straight to the beach

Before booking, I checked the reviews which were good reviews.. So I booked for my Son’s 14th birthday….they definitely must of been paid to lie! Lmbo… room was dirty, lifted couch cushion jumped out my skin..door to balcon was broken mold on curtain hallways filthy grown adults smoking and drinking being vulgar in the inclosed pool area with children running around, spoke to front desk no help spoke to housekeeping dont think she spoke English.. don’t recommend at all, I’d take my chances sleeping on the beach letting the tides sweep me in then never going back to this dump!

You get more than you pay for here. Its beachfront steps to the sand, had a room overlooking the ocean, multiple pools and a hot tub at a very inexpensive price. So it basically meant that it was a hotel in poor condition somewhat physically rundown, but the rooms are clean, and the staff is responsive. It's like a bargain basement holiday on the beach, that we were quite happy with, but if you're looking for marble and new paint, go somewhere else.

Rooms need updated. Our sliding glass door needed force to open and close. Feet and socks turned black walking on the floor. Bathroom shower tub were in bad condition with rust stains. If you are here for peace and quiet i do not recommend. Music blasting until way after midnight both nights we were there it was after 2 am before falling asleep. Doors slamming at all hours and people yelling. The best part was the balcony facing the ocean, the only saving grace for the weekend. Will not rebook there again
