Staff was friendly, property was ok, had seen better days. Found out the pool was closed on the day of arrival for maintenance concerns. The room was ok, beds were on metal bed stands that were noisy, the beds were ok, but not very comfortable. It’s an old hotel and it shows.

Reserved a King bed room, got 2 Queen room. Very poor choices for breakfast. I understand it’s not supposed to be fancy, but only biscuits and gravy? A bit of a let-down.

Oldie but still adequate

This is a very old hotel. It looks rough on the outside. It sits not too far from the water so that is to be expected with the salt air. We stay here regularly because it is near a venue we frequent; it is a good price for the space and comfort and the front desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bed is so comfortable and there is plenty of free parking.

The stay was nosey the entire night from the time we arrive at 8pm. We had officers knocking on the door at approximately 5:00 in the morning looking for a runaway teen. Other than that the satff were very friendly.

The room was disgusting. It had an awful smell, the windows were filthy., the drapes on the window had holes in them and there was evidence of water damage that was painted over. This place needs a complete renovation!

the furniture in the lobby was in poor shape, the varnish and stain peeling off of the coffee and end tables. our room smelled like cigarettes. bed was clean and comfy. bathroom was clean. floor was dirty, and surrounding baseboard trim was disgusting. will never stay there again.

The area is smoke free and smelled terrible of smoke and other odors. Building is outdated and in desperate need to updates/repairs. Toilet seats rocked, general cleaning was lacking. Curtains only half covered windows so those walking by could see in and light outside illuminated room all night. We had booked for 4 nights, checked in at 10:15 pm first night and refused to stay longer by 9:00 am.
