The room in Tower 1 was wonderful. 3 queen beds, kitchen and a bathroom w 2 toilets! We had so much room! The room was clean and parking was great! The restaurant had a nice view of the beach. I’ll be staying there again!

This place was very DIRTY; the towels were stained and dirty. The floors had not been mopped from previous stay, there we footprints to prove. Behind and under the bed had trash and crumbs from previous guests. The room just felt very sticky and dirty. The water was cloudy and seemed so dirty in the pool especially the lazy river. Staff that were supposed to be lifeguards sat in corners on their cell phones. I would NEVER book this place again. This was absolutely a horrible visit.

Not so decent trip

We arrived at 1:30pm and asked if early check in was available, and they said no, which is expected. I returned two hours (3:30) later and the room was still not clean, nor ready for check in. I called an hour after that and was told since I’m on the property to check in in-person. I returned and the room was not ready until around 6:30. Very dissatisfied. The room view was beautiful, but the room had roaches, no one came to clean the room, we had no fresh towels and more. The best part of this trip was the beach, the water park with the lazy river and the pool attached to the hotel. A few workers were nice, but not helpful. We would not stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone.

Needs a lot of work.

The beach and the pools were nice, but the hotel needs a lot of work. The staff was not friendly, the rooms were not clean, the water park had limited hours, and the water only worked on half the park so the slides were not working (kids would get stuck half way down). Like the area, but advise staying elsewhere.

2 Bedroom Villa- a nice little family getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised with the 2 bedroom villa we stayed in. After reading reviews (after booking the rooms) I was prepared for disappointment, but that wasn’t the case. The villa was nice, parking was fantastic, the views were pretty good. It was on par with any other beach rental we’ve stayed at; no better, no worse. Teresa, who check us in, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We plan to return again!

Not oceanfront, needs a deep cleaning!

The tower is not oceanfront, you have to walk a few buildings over to access the main pools and waterpark. The building needs a deep cleaning.

I have been here several times and unfortunately Expedia booked me in a room facing trees and a building imstead of what I asked for. Also, 2 days in a row several times a day I requested towels for my room and did not receive any. Luckily I brought some OF My own.

What I didn’t like was the false advertisement by Expedia placing me in Ocean Dunes instead of Sand Dunes. My room was suppose to be an oceanview but instead I was facing trees and a building on the 2nd floor.

My stay was great in a wonderful location not far from all amenities. The children enjoyed the water park where we spent over 4hrs. I would definitely recommend. Oh and the pizza was great.

Nice but

This was our yearly vacation spot! Normally we are a Hilton family but they were fully booked! This space offered many family friendly options and scheduled events such as indoor pools, water park and lazy river .. can’t forget the bar lol Pros: Waterpark, multiple pools, bar, event schedule and the distance to the ocean front. Breakfast buffet for an affordable price. Staff is super friendly Great wifi Cons: Rooms are not as clean as I would have liked, the BED is the worst!!!! Total spring and super soft! The bathroom tub had duct tape inside. The bathroom and shower are very small. The kitchen fit 1 person at a time (LOL) very small dorm fridge. The patio slider barely slid. The TV are very outdated. The entire property is VERY VERY DATED! as a Hilton girl I probaly won’t stay her again! The staff was super friendly and helpful!

We have travel here. Couple time but. This Time is thw wost time. The room is drity the floor was no clean completely drity . the check was the worst . We check in with 2 separate room and they. Try to trick us only give us 1. Room. For. 10 people in 1 room with 2 bed . That a messup that they did there . And. They try to blame it. On Expedia. That. We have to call back and wait. . When we book the room they should have know . We wont be back. !

The property needs a SERIOUS UPGRADE. The building, rooms, fixtures, equipment is really old and the management needs to upgrade the rooms. Especially the carpet, paint, stairs etc. overall experience was average. The Waterpark and Pool are good though and the service is reasonable.

False advertising ! I booked a two bedroom villa, which i assumed it would be one big apartment style set up with two rooms. Instead what i got was basically two separate hotel rooms! I traveled with my 4 year old twin daughters, imagine the anxiety of thinking they are in a whole other hotel room! To worsen the situation the main door that leads you the hotel rooms did not lock. I went right over to the front desk where the manager on duty was Steve. I expressed to steve my concerns of how unsafe i felt especially that one of my daughters is autistic and i feared that she would walk right out at night. Steve advised that he would send over someone to fix it. (NOONE SHOWED UP) that night we slept with a chair against the door. The following morning, my husband goes and try's to get some sort of accommodation to this door situation. This is when a rude and unprofessional employee advised my husband that the hotel will not issue any refund or accommodate us in anyway since NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER. I AGAIN get in contact with steve and he again advises that some one will be over to fix the door. ( NEVER HAPPENED). Finally on the day of check out we head over to the beach only to return to being locked out at 10:15am! That's when i had enough with this hotel, I called the front desk and demanded that someone walks over a key. I finally reached a manager that advised that she would put in a request for a refund, but that expedia will have to issue it.
