First I would like to say this is not a bad review. However I will point out some things that need some improvement. I have been traveling to Myrtle Beach for many years and sometimes it's a hit and miss.
The hotel and resort provided everything stated in the listing and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very kind and professional. The pool and hot tubs were very adequate. The lobby and restaurants were also nice. However if you have more discerning taste, this property may not be for you.
I'm sure that there are many great rooms and suites but unfortunately we did not get one of them. I was told that rooms are picked as people arrive; so it's often a hit and miss on what you will receive.
I would describe my room as tight in regards to the kitchen, bathroom and seating area. However there was enough space for the bedroom. The sheets were not clean, but the front desk had new sheets delivered promptly. There were a few holes in the bedroom door, rusty areas and loose coverings. Also, one of the stove eyes didn't work and sliding door handle was loose. The aracade needs to be closed until the games are serviced.
Overall I felt safe, but I prefer a little more comfort. I would visit again if I was able to pick my room or suite.
