Easy in and out situation, but our bathroom window was broken and taped up. It would not close all the way, so it was freezing.

Nice quiet place- great staff-rooms were a little outdated-but absolutely clean and felt safe. Would stop again.

It was very clean, nice clean sheets. It had a little AC and a wall heater. The shower was nice and hot and they provided shampoo and soap, and they gave me a bag of ice.

Booked a room for my wife and her sister because they were going to a concert that evening. I called the desk and spoke to a lady and we cleared that there was only 1 room left with 1 queen and they will both be staying. She understood and we hung up on what I thought would e been a great experience but it wasn't. My wife calls me and says the guy at the front desk isn't giving them a room because it's for 1 person. He didn't wanna talk to me about it. I called the next day and spoke to the woman who started screaming at me that we didn't talk the night before lol. Anyway I found a better hotel then this down the road for more money but it is what it is

If you make reservation for one person , only allowed one person if bring extra person your reservation not valid. just like air plane one person reservation only take. one person.

Just a tired, old, OLD motel. Skipped the shower—tiny and, yes, old. Very unfriendly signs all over the office door, like “Don’t even ask!” and “This is not a store. Don’t knock on the door.”

Property was isolated without any food places in the near vicinity. Property was dated, but well-maintained. Everything needed for a simple over-night stay without any frills was available. Staff was courteous and professional.

We arrived and started the check in process when my wife asked the clerk a question the clerk gave me back my ID and abruptly closed the window so we left and found a better place.

The customer didn't sound like they wanted to stay here so they kept asking for recent pictures of the room, though when making a reservation we have recent pictures of the room posted, and they were going to be rented a room, but they insulted us by asking questions they already could've found answers to by looking at the website, all recent pictures are there when making reservations, we encourage all people to look at the room photos before staying. We did not appreciate doing business with you.

Motel w/Insects & spider
I was late arrived. The manager was not polite & said you came in so late at closed to 11pm. When I got into my room, it has lots of insects & a spider in the bathroom wall also an inch long worm on the floor by my bed. I couldn’t stay in the room then I asked the manager for another room. He refused & blamed me on opening the hotel room door too long which I did not. I tried to stay but I really worried about getting bites or spider & worm clawing on my bed. Less than 10 mins, I went back out to ask for a refund if possible; then, he started to get really upset & swearing at me. I got reallly scared & checked out & gave him back my room key.

Next time I’ll pass on this.
Run down. Needs a refresh and could be a decent little motel. Afraid to put bare feet on the carpet and in the shower. Not sure of the cleanliness. Never got the tv to work. Person that checked me in I believe is the owner and grumpy. Said I got overcharged by $10 and he didn’t care. In less you are really strapped for cash, don’t stay here.

Turned away not allowed to stay
Because I had a last minute addition to my plans I had to rely on just simply paying an extra adult fee. Unfortunately the man got very angry at me and he did a lot of yelling. Because of the nature of my trip I could not simply change things on the fly as I was the advance to my two sons who are biking Oregon. I was told I could simply “go somewhere else but in this part of Oregon there is no “somewhere else”. I was “told” (rather it was yelled at me) I had “plenty of time” to find a new hotel. This was said with no idea of the difficulties of trying to contact two cyclists out of cell range and with no idea of their location on the road. This man, however, did… allow… me to stay parked in the parking lot so that I could find a new place to stay. At that he slammed the window in my face.

We stayed here for convenience as there was a concert at Seven Feathers Casino and it is close. The heater in room was a space heater for the whole room and the bathroom. It was pretty cold out at that time. The light above the sink did not work so I struggled with that. Had to use mirror in car so I could see what I was doing. There was no hot water and I let it run for a while but never was able to take a shower. No kleenex in room and only one roll of toilet paper. I know that people are struggling with expenses at this time but they do need to accomadate there customers at hand. Will not stay there again.

Guest smoke in room even non smoking room I had hundred of guest in hotel room no one complain she had so even we did not charge so she did going to get charge.

This could be a cute, retro motel if it was cleaned up. Yard full of trash, unmaintained, room smelled musty, a management rep basically threw a couple of firefighters out for feeding a stray cat that lives in the lot. I wouldn't return or recommend until there are changes in conditions and management.

Nice overnight stay
This was an over night Stay. I was traveling through. Good place to stay if you aren't looking to stay for a period of time. The room was comfortable clean. A little fat out for food. Two exits North is the restaurants and the first exit north is fast food. The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t need a resort with many things to offer. I needed an inexpensive place to sleep and shower for two nights. I didn’t expect much but found the room to be immaculately clean and well kept. The mattress, pillows and linens may well have been brand new and very comfortable. One small thing I noted that was better than new corporate chain motels is that there were lots of electrical outlets and they were located all around the room. I would not hesitate to stay here again as I return annually for the car shows.

What was unique about thie property was all of the piles of junk. Old, dirty mattresses out by the double wide modile office with other junk. Junk in back of motel room. Hot, stuffy rooms, with not working AC, only blows warm air. Back window, literally boarded up, now way to vent the room. Pricing too high for such a dump. Would never stay there again, ever.

You came to check-in before the check-in time, brought 2 people when the reservation was for 1 person. You stayed from 2:45pm-7pm when it was 95 degrees, but yet you didn't complain during that time. All of the stuff you see outside is old stuff being taken out because of remodeling. You had purposely spilled coffee on the bed, you also kept the door open. Many people have used this same A/C and had no problem with it, maybe you didn't know how to use it. We didn't appreciate your stay, and please don't come back again.

If you want Desolate and dusty, rude and buggy.
The hotel is in middle of NO WHERE, be advised, no services around and motel has NO sevices! Nothing! So come prepared. Very desolate. The person i dealt with was rude, could not have visitors. When i checked out i walked over to the window to turn the key in and get my 25 dollar deposit back, the same woman opened the window took the key handed me my deposit and shut the window in my face. I will never stay there again. There was a junk pile on the outside of the front yard and broken down vehicles scattered around, even found a bug!! Not sure what was! And rooms were NOT how they were pictured. Even felt like was being watched in the room, generally creepy feeling overall.

Why do you expect so much from this motel, because you decided to stay, plus you weren't charged the whole $150 deposit you were only charged $25 for deposit. You wanted to bring visitors but no visitors are allowed. The junk pile you refer to is the old stuff because the motel is remodeling. Bugs are everywhere, even in your home, even franchises have bugs as well. Their are no scattered vehicles around here. You should have looked in the maps on your device to see what was near this place you complain because you don't have anything else to do except whine, and you weren't prepared. We didn't appreciate your stay, please don't come again.

Comfortable and good value
This motel is clean and comfortable, very basic, and did have a nice new fridge/freezer. It's the sort of place that's being upgraded as things wear out, but the building is dated. It is conveniently close to the highway and easy on the wallet. Good for a quick sleep and a shower.

Man at the front desk turned me down as soon as he saw that my address was located in Roseburg. Claimed that people from Roseburg steal and refused to rent me a room after i booked a reservation. Very discriminating.

she don't have proper id not have proper deposit and we ask this she very angry and slam my window customer have this attitude kick out form motel to motel that kind customer not well come my place. This work to heat 500 sq,ft of room our room size is 400 sq. ft ,it show in picture before you make reservation you had choice, don't blame to Hotel.
