"Really terrible! I could ignore the previous guests towels hanging up drying on the porch, the shower not cleaned, but I couldn’t ignore that the bed had bedbugs!!! For the price of the room, I would expect a minimum of a clean bed, I could feel them crawling and biting me all night. I spoke with a staff member the next morning and they said they would investigate and call me back…of course no return call. I guess the next guest will have the same problem! "Friendly staff, nice ocean view and nice size balcony. Kitchenette does not include cooktop and bathroom shower is odd configuration. King size bed was very comfortable. "

"The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out. "

"We had a lovely time at Sunlit apartments. Host was so accommodating. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It's close to town and has the most amazing view. Would definitely recommend and stay here when I come again."

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."
