"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"Location of the hotel is great, all attractions are within walking distance. Check-in process was smooth. My only wish is for the management to do a better job educating the staff on the surrounding area that would definitely be useful for tourists staying at the hotel. I am talking about using public transportation. The girl at the front desk couldn’t asnwer simple questions, which to me seems to be lack of instruction from the management. "Katie and her team of cleaners were excellent. They helped us out when our washing machine in apartment was broken and always did a thorough job. Very helpful and friendly, the apartments modern and clean and as described. The beds were really comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay.
