"The Whaler Inn is a charming hotel in a perfect location in Mystic. We were able to walk to everything in town including great restaurants a few steps away. The room was smaller than anticipated and the walls were thin. We were able to hear babies crying in the room downstairs. Despite that, we slept well- the beds were very comfortable and the curtains blocked the light. We appreciated the mini fridge in the room and rocking and Adirondack chairs around the property. We had breakfast at the Shipwright's Daughter twice during our stay and it was good, especially the biscuits with jam. We struggled to find parking sometimes when we came back in the evenings and did not have an elevator in our specific building. All in all, we had a great stay and would choose this hotel again based on the location, comfortable beds, and helpful staff."
