When tried to take a shower, lifted for for shower to come on and the faucet went across the tub. Told front desk and showed video, didn’t really seem to care. Location is great near casino but probably won’t stay again."

"This was a great overnight Inn. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Only down side was we weren't able to use the fire place after a chilly rain, but staff did get us a few more blankets."

"Clean, comfortable, and quiet! The Williams Center is perfect for budget-minded travelers."

"Quiet and clean hotel. Nice area. The rooms were clean and they had the balcony door (had a screen) open so we had a nice breeze and fresh air upon entering our room. Not stuffy like the usual hotel smell. "Breakfast" is offered on site but there were very limited options (I'm not the picky type) so we opted for our bananas and granola bars we already had with us. Overall, nice accommodations. Can't complain."

"The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. "We enjoyed our stay there we were there for six days. The place was beautiful. It was very calming beautiful music playing beautiful grounds flowers the pool dog friendly which we love staff was friendly. Nice place was Clean definitely going back next year and definitely would recommend to go there we loved it."

"Was not impressed with the breakfast. There was only one bagel left, no muffins or pancakes. While I did not partake it was nice to see they provided a shuttle to the casino. I didn’t use any of the amenities. The room layout was nice the way the two beds were separated and very clean, but I could hear my upstair neighbors stomping around."

Our shower had mold on the ceiling and the curtain liner, the jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned, and the room definitely had a very strong odor. We were only able to get a smoking room and the scent was extremely evident, to the point where it affected sleep and made my clothes smell that I didn't even wear.
