"This property is in the process of a face lift. So clean Pool area needs help. Pool towels were so small and thin they were useless. Nice lounges but no umbrellas except at two tables. Tough to get away from the sun. It’s a work in progress. No place to put your clothes. A small closet to hang. Bathroom tiny with sink in the room. "

"Kinda shabby but ok for the price and location to Foxwoods. Definitely no carpet in these rooms. The wi-fi password is not written nowhere in the rooms. I called the front desk and was told the password by the clerk who wanted nothing more in the world than to not talk to any customers. Tried the password he gave me, didn’t work. He said all caps welcome 123. Not calling back I’ll use data, I have one bar things seem to be working kinda. Cell Service is bad there and the WiFi at the inn are boxes here and there on the property so some rooms you can’t connect anyways."

"Great place. Clean. Comfortable beds. Updated flatscreen TV, USB charging plugs on bedside. Great pool for kids. Breakfast great. Everything fresh, updated, clean throughout. Really enjoyed the stay."

"Our upgraded room was very spacious but some doors don't close and others don't stay open. We ran out of tissues in both bathrooms with no back up boxes. It was expensive but overall, we really enjoyed it, especially the grandkids!"

"We had an enjoyable stay for 3 days and 2 nights. I wish we could have done an early check-in, but the hotel was very booked. The staff was great. Spa appointments were wonderful. We loved the food at Cedar's Steakhouse & Hell's Kitchen. Shopping at the outlets was fun too."

"The check in was easy and enjoyable. The comp hour checkout extension was well appreciated. The pool/hot tub was impressive and soothing; however, there was no effort to replace towels that evidently ran out. Several guests, including myself, were complaining."
