"Chef Sudhakar & Surya were awesome - they went an extra mile to cater to our food preferences. Shout out to all the guys - Laxman, Akash, Akash, Milan, Kumar, and others. Also, big shout out to all the girls - Bablee, Sneha, Bharati, Yashoda, and others. Manager Vinod and team’s hospitality is excellent! We would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Tirupati."

"They were not cooperative"

"Rooms are big and clean with good a/c. Hot water option is also good. Only flip side is lack of Dining options nearby. But, staff and breakfast options are good."

"Only thing is display of sign board is very high and not easy to find the property. I need to sped about 5 mins in front of the property to understand which door to enter into property"

"Clean rooms and friendly staff"

"Breakfast was OK"

"The pictures shown in the app are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The bathrooms were in poor shape with visible water leakage, and the beds appeared unclean and had bugs. The TV did not work, and the water heater was very small and unable to provide enough hot water even for one person. "Food is not good at all, too much onion and garlic in food. Not suitable place to stay if you planning to go tirumala darshan."

"This is a great place to stay with family. The property is clean and spacious."

"J K Homestay in Tirupati is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for a comfortable stay for entire family. The staff were very respectful, helpful, and the owner personally ensured everything went smoothly— even prioritizing giving the entire apartment to my parents while check-in formalities were underway. It's convenient location on the main road is perfect, just minutes from temples, food options, and easy access to Tirumala. We felt truly taken care of from arrival to departure...

"Rooms should have been more cleaner. The locks were pretty weird as we had to lock the door with a key from inside."

"1st pf all is not a new hotel. Its a renovated old hotel. Rooms are ok. Mediocre restaurant. Terrible coffee. Good location but there are no good restaurants nearby walkable. Smelly access road. Scary after dark. Won't stay here next time."
