"This is one of my favorite hotels. We stay here everytime we visit Cebu because it’s centrally located and close to shopping and entertainment. But since it opened I don’t think there were any renovations/refurnishing done to the hotel rooms, lobby furniture, and pool area. Although the rooms are kept clean and the huge lobby, you can tell it’s aged and needs an upgrade. I hope management will do this and make it a priority. "Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was somewhat limited for selection. The landlines didn't function in the rooms so I needed WhatsApp to communicate with the front desk. Location was good"

"the hotel is in a great location with alot of activity to do within the hotel tower. on the downside, the room is kindda old fashion style so it felt gloomy and dark. My toilet didn't work properly. when you flush it, it spilled a bit of water out of the toilet. And also they don't provide toilet shower so it might be not comfortable for Asian travelers."
