"We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent. We ended up returning multiple times during our stay because the service and food were so reliable. Overall, Nikki Beach exceeded our expectations. "This is a lovely hotel. Everything about it is fine. Lots of families there. The beach is poor so you have to travel 2ks further up Lamai beach where the beach is great. Lamai night market about 1k away and some great restaurants nearby."

"We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!"

"ALL the staff from the front desk and bellman to the restuarant and cleaning were amazing, kind and very helpful. The resort was well keep and very clean. Well located just far enough away to be peacefull but a short walk or taxi ride to shops and restuarants. Would definately stay again and recommend to a friend. Thank you Briza Staff. :)"

"We booked the jacuzzi tub room and I could literally live here! The room was clean and comfortable! We had coffee, a fridge, TV and a balcony that overlooked the infinity pool. It was great! AND the most amazing view of the town, beach and rock formations! It was breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything! Next time I’m in Ao Nang I will stay here! The staff was super helpful and they have a golf cart to take you up to your room if you don’t want to walk up the hill. Water refill stations are onsite so you don’t have to buy water everyday. I didn’t pay for the breakfast but there are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance so I wasn’t disappointed."
