"Rooms cleaned daily, staff were amazing and knowledgeable. great location with a bonus airport shuttle. breakfast was really nice with a generous amount of items to choose from"

" We arrived at 2:30pm and were hungry for a meal, but the options weren't great until 5pm. The all-you-can-eat dinner was blah, and the breakfast was dissapointing. The eggs and potatoes were actually cold. The bathrooms needed washcloths and more space to put toiletries. The propoerty did not live up to my expectations. The SkyBar was nice."

"Staff were very helpful, clean rooms and comfortable. Very close to the airport, returned rental car the night before got shuttle bus back to hotel from Amsterdam Airport then scheduled shuttle for next morning very easy."

"We were stranded by our airline in Amsterdam so I used Expedia to book a stay at the Ramada. It's less than 3km from the airport and considerably less than the 590 euro rate quoted by the Sheraton. Expedias was quick and efficient as usual. The Ramada front desk person who checked us in was amazing. We were so tired from hours of traveling and his english was impeccable, he communicated clearly and really made us feel welcome and safe. There were 3 of us and there was one room left with 3 twin...

"Very good stay if you need to be near the airport! Rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. You can check in online, in advance, which makes it very quick when you arrive. Free shuttle to/from airport runs every 30 minutes. Just look carefully — the sign on the shuttle is just a sheet of paper with the name of the hotel. I actually didn’t see it until the shuttle pulled away and wound up taking a taxi. "

"Everything about the hotel was really nice. The location was conveniently located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service from the airport. The only thing I didn’t not like is that you had to pay for shuttle service when leaving and going to the airport. That is inconvenient. Normally hotel shuttle no need extra charges."

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs. Por lo demás la habitación olía intensamente a humedad y no había modo de ventilarla, moho en la parte del lavabo y en el piso de la regadera, los edredones y toallas viejos y desgastados y la última noche, el agua del tanque del baño tirándose sin parar Ah además, de tres noches que pagamos, solo limpiaron la habitación un día y eso porque lo solicitamos, pero la actitud de la recepcionista no fue nada amigable.
