The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. "Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The cleanliness and service/staff are excellent. The hotel has a shuttle service that takes you to the train station. Unfortunately, it only runs until the afternoon. The connection to Kyoto is okay. The natural surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and you can be in the forest in a few minutes. This hotel is perfect for people who want to get away from the big cities."

"The hotel room was standard size for Japanese standards. The people and facilities were really pleasant. They were so kind and helpful to us. We were very comfortable there and the onsen really rejuveated us after a long day of walking through Nara in rain. Breakfast buffet has a selection of western and japanese cuisine. It was pretty middle standard fare and you opt to eat outside if you have something in mind but it is very convenient and covers a variety of foods people might eat. We also splurged on the dinner but had a lovely meal. The foods included local cuisine and food iconic to Japan. But if you on a budget, resturants are all 10-15 min walk away. Convenience stores like Lawson and local marts are also 5-10 min away. You can easily make a meal out of the food you find there yourself. I am very grateful to the staff for making this little place comfortable for us. Would recommend if you staying in Nara for a short visit."
