"We had a Lakeview room that hadn’t yet been renovated, so while it was clean, it was fairly basic. There was no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, which was manageable but something to be aware of depending on your comfort level.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible wildlife—we were visited by coatis and howler monkeys, and we also spotted toucans and butterflies around the property. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and really add to the peaceful, natural atmosphere. The...

"⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Great location and staff, but the hotel itself is very run down and the “pool” advertised no longer exists, they have access to a pool a 10-minute walk away.
My family and I stayed here for 6 nights because we wanted a hotel close to the beach with a pool. Unfortunately, the photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect the condition of the property.

"Everything about this place is fantastic except for the meals my wife and I had at their 5’o clock somewhere restaurant. The food was awful and their drinks up there were the worst we had in Costa Rica. Other than that, great experience. "
