"We loved the pools! Our girls had a great time on the water slides and we really liked how family friendly it is. Rooms are a bit dated but fine. Initially the property feels too big and spread out but after we got the lay of the land, we really liked it. We explored the lake by the lookout and it was lovely! The men renting kayaks and paddle boards were very sweet and we enjoyed talking to them and hearing about the history of Los Lagos. "

"Una experiencia decepcionante, el hotel no incluye todos los servicios y características que dice en la página, es más, no ofrece ni papel higiénico, los lavatorios extremamente sucios, incluso, el drenaje estaba taqueado con jabones de otros huéspedes anteriores, la habitación súper húmeda, el servicio pésimo, la recepción ni existe literalmente; nos costó muchísimo llegar pues el hotel por afuera no tiene ni un cartel que señale dónde es, después de 20 minutos logramos encontrar el hotel por...
