"Do not spend a single dollar at this hotel. It is a 2 star hotel pretending that it's a 4.5 star. Restaurant service and front desk were the worse I have every dealt with in my travels across the world. "I had to ask for a washcloth 😂 at hotel of this level, robe, water and slippers. No bueno. They had the nerve to say that’s for our premium rooms. Then on Sunday they only over the breakfast buffet. I’m not a fat of overeating nor paying more for food that I’m not going to eat. This hotel does what’s best from them and not the guest and that’s not hospitality"
