Cari Hotel di Guanacaste

"The property was beautiful, food was good, rooms clean, staff was rude and not helpful at all."

"Loved our stay at Westin Reserva Conchal - The staff was super friendly and attentive, we did not have anything negative during our stay and would definitely come back!"

"Talk about FALSE advertising! This place is a scam!"

"Most family friendly hotel Ive visited recently"

"Thank you very much to all the staff! Great service!! I’d like to mention especially Andreina, from the Pimento Restaurant and all staff there! Awesome service!!!"

"I had a great overall stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and would definitely return. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I loved the variety of restaurants, and the Guest Services team was phenomenal in helping me secure restaurant reservations throughout my stay. I stayed for my birthday, so I was disappointed that the hotel itself did not acknowledge it, especially since they knew I was traveling specifically to celebrate....

"Loved all the employees they are all so nice and very helpful"

"Perfect service . Awesome hotel. Everything was great !!! We're definitely coming back."

"Very nice staff very beautiful property! Deep into the gated community"

"The best in town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And you also have great surf instructors out front. The water is so warm and clean. The buffet is fabulous and the beach access is the best. It’s truly spectacular to take in the sunset there. No filter filters required.! Having stayed there several times, I always feel really safe at the Diria as well as in town. And I have never been bitten by a mosquito not one time there ! It’s very clean and nice."

"Amazing resort. Clean and beautiful. The service was top notch and the staff were all knowledgeable and so friendly. Recommend 1000%"

"Staff were friendly. Food wasn't worth the money spent. Weekly same menu. Got tired of it. Pools are nice."
