"Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. "Excellent choice in hotel!!! The staff was helpful, however they could have more English speaking staff. However, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty to do and the all inclusive component topped it all off. Thank you Rui for an amazing vacation!!!"
