"This is an absolutely beautiful property. It’s very secluded and has a very romantic feeling to it. The owner is amazing and makes you feel like family. We booked it last minute after our VRBO ended up being a scam and we had to scramble to find somewhere to sleep. "You can tell that the entire location was very thoroughly thought and planned out to its beauty! We loved that the location had lots of nature, a pool, and breakfast included. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were lots of red ants that were coming through the bathroom window all throughout the night. We would find them in the sink, toilet, and wall beside the bed. "

"This is a great place in the forest about 25 minutes to some popular beaches. We loved exploring the area. The cabin was super clean and comfortable and the deck area is beautiful to have coffee while listening to the howley monkeys. The pool area is nicely set up for photo opps. The cherry on top is that they're pet friendly. We will stay again. "

"The stay at El Sabanero Eco- Lodge was incredible. I stayed there with one of my close friends in a single bed suite. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was amazing the ways that the lodge works to be eco-friendly while still offering a comfortable experience. There was a water station for hot and cold water to fill your water. "Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach. Private pool was very nice and overall good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! "
