"Place was beautiful, stayed in a private house. The AC in the room was perfect. Bartender in the main bar was incredible. Didn’t like the pool bars closing at 5pm and wished they had activities that had people in the hotel get together. But everything was perfect."

"Daniel my personal assistant made this birthday trip for my daughter and I so much special . He arranged dinner at all the restaurants and surprises us with a birthday celebration at the steakhouse. Once we came back to the room it was decorated with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and he left a birthday note for my daughter. We stay in the Star Class Junior Ocean View Suite. "The resort is beautiful, especially on the ocean side of the street. The pool at the other side is large with a swim-up bar and very pleasant. Front desk and site personnel were great. Concierge not so much. I could tell they just book with the companies they have an agreement with, without any concern for what we are looking for- they were on autopilot and just pointed to whatever was shown on their iPad. If you do rent a car be aware that the price you’re quoted never includes TPL (third party liability) and is required by CR law. It’s about $15-$20 a day. "Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey! Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking! The beach is ona beautiful cove.
