"It’s actually a very nice hotel. I was just annoyed that they lied to me when I wanted an early check in at 12:00. I was moving from one hotel 500 meters away, so I should have negotiated it from before checking out at the other. Because arriving with bags announces commitment, and gives them the advantage to squeeze money out of you. They wanted 20,000 per extra hour for the early check at 1pm. "Excellent hotel, well managed and even better located if you’re coming from the JR station. Only negative: level of foreign languages is low, and even worse than zero in the case of one night employee who wasted more than a half hour of my and my friend’s (my friend only had 1 hour to catch a train so the employee wasted half of that for us) only because she can’t speak English or didn’t want to when she mistakenly checked me out of my room when I specifically told her my friend is checking out...

"This is a fantastically located 55 room property in Nagasaki! Located 5-10 minutes walk from the Atomic Bomb museum, peace park and the hypocenter. If you’re going further it’s a 3 minute walk to the “Atomic Bomb museum” tram stop and trams are a great way to see things in Nagasaki. The tram gets you close the Fuchi shrine ropeway station (10 min walk), Dejima (cross the street and Glover gardens. As much as I loved this property and its location what made it “top notch” for me was the staff....

"Conveniently located, clean, on site laundry facilities, and an extensive, good quality breakfast. Only thing to consider is that there was no wardrobe. If you were traveling alone, like me, it is no big deal. If you will be sharing a room I don’t think it is a deal breaker, but something to consider."

"Room was clean and space was fair-sized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking were a bit inconvenient, old style lift operated which needs staff to operate. No easy access for guests. No multiple entries per parking either. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dinner options. Ground floor have a number of clubs and pubs which open til late, a bit noisy because of that."
