"The staff was so friendly and it was in a very convenient location right near Glover hill. Konbinis, trolley and bus stops, and restaurants were a very short walk away. The coffee in the lobby cafe was excellent and the spa was lovely (cold plunge, hot tub, sauna). Highly recommend this hotel (traveled with a family of 5) and we would definitely stay here again."

"I have to say the staff was so kind to help me with a luggage shipping issue, they called customer service to have it rerouted for me for a bag that wasn't even shipped by them or sent to them. It can be challenging in Japan to do things over the phone if you don't speak Japanese. I really appreciated the help! The property has amazing views of the city. A grand lobby. But the rooms have not been updated in recent decades. Our non smoking room had a faint odor of smoking, unfortunately. Thanks...

"Good location easy access to the drop off point on the Airport bus and also the Goto streetcar stop out front very handy to the A Bomb site, Chinatown & Glover Garden etc. Supermarket about 8 minutes walk and convenience store close by."

"Hotel itself is great. All of the staff EXCEPT for the front check in desk are superb. The check in is misery there. They don’t honor any Hilton Honors benefits, say no to everything and to top it off, reception sent a letter to my room an hour after I checked in stating they undercharged us $5 so be prepared to pay that at checkout.
