Clean basic room with helpful staff and excellent accessibility to both the train and bus stations. The luggage storage was a bonus for me.
Breakfast was diverse and simple. A tad expensive but still high quality. Service was high quality and professional throughout the many days I stayed there.

Hotel was conveniently located near bus terminal as well as train station. Room was a bit cramp. Overall will still recommend this hotel in view of proximity for transportation as well as eateries nearby.

Very nice hotel close to main station !
Clean modern hotel right by the central station. Very good location. Definitely recommended!
Very easy to walk to from Nagasaki station. Friendly and help staff that speak English. Convenient vending and laundry machines inside the hotel were very useful. Lots of good places to eat and drink nearby.
One of the biggest pros is that we had enough space to open both our luggages in the room. Location is perfect for travellers using JR. Tram, shopping mall, convenience stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. The room is clean and the service is great.
This is a wonderful location, just across the street from the Kyoto train station. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The price is very affordable for this convenient location, which made our travel much easier. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but perfect for an overnight stay.

Disliked: Room comfort
It’s a good hotel very clean . They have lockers for your luggage free of charge before check in time. The only thing as a couple the bed was small and my husband was up against the wall all night, and the pillows felt like they had rice in them. For one night it’s fine
Excellent location right across from Nagasaki Station. Even though it was in a busy area, the soundproofing in the room was very good and we could not hear anything from outside. The interior looked quite new and well maintained. I was impressed considering how inexpensive the room was. The free amenity room was also a nice bonus, with different choices for pillows (e.g. memory foam, feather) and other furnishings that guests can take to their rooms.
The location is right opposite of Amu Shopping centre next to the train station! Hotel is undergoing construction to improve the facade so just a little inconvenience. Highly recommended!
As with almost all Japanese hotels, the place was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was quite big by Japanese standards so we were pleasantly surprised. Standard amenities. The only critique I have is that the room air conditioning didn't seem cold enough. We noticed that the lobby had far colder temperatures. Yes, we should have told the front desk but we were there for only a few nights and it wasn't bad enough to want to switch to another room.
The location was great, right on the other side of the Nagasaki train station and AMU Plaza mall where everything, including good restaurants, can be had.
The tram is also convenient being right outside the door. You do have to walk up and then back down to the middle of the road where the actual stop is.
The hotel is super convenient because it’s located right across from the Nagasaki station and next to the electric train station, which goes to the attractions. The staff is super friendly and facilities are nice. Currently, the exterior of the hotel is being renovated but it doesn't impede anything, on the other hand, it helped me fine the hotel quickly. The only down side is the laundry room and vending machines are on the smoking floors. Although I had a non-smoking room/floor, I could still faintly smell the smokers. Over all, it was a good experience. =D
Cleanliness was fine and the room was fine, although it was a bit small. The fridge was very small, but didn't make much notice, which was great. The room was very quiet. Check in felt a little rushed, I wasn't allowed time to take off a heavy backpack.
Overall the hotel uses a lot of polite and a bit obscure kanji on its writing, so it is hard to navigate, even with intermediate Japanese skills. They had some English options though, so I could manage.
Hotel seems new, clean, quiet. Great location by the tram stop and near the station though it is an uncovered walk in the snow. Bathroom floor is level with the room. Sliding screens for the window so much better than curtains and block out 100% of the light. TV is small but HDMI port is easily accessible. Good breakfast. Just couldn't get the climate control the heat the room comfortably though, the vent is in the ceiling and all the warm air collects up there. If I stand up I could feel my head warm but my feet still cold, so kind of have to crank the heat to get it down to the bed level, but then it ends up making the room hot.
Clean and quiet hotel located opposite the train station. The street is quite noisy, but inside you wouldn't tell as the acoustic insulation is quite good. Room is small but has everything needed for a short stay.
The one I don’t like is you don’t need key card to access the elevator. The breakfast is ok but not a must. It’s a buffet style have both Japanese and Western food. The closer to get to the hotel is taking bus rather than JR. The bus terminal just less than 5 minutes walk. No up and down the flyover. However the bus takes longer than JR.
