This was a great hotel. Everything about it was perfect for us. It's right across the road from the train station so wheeling heavy luggage to the hotel wasn't a problem. The tram stop is also close by for getting around the city. We bought a day ticket for the trams from the hotel reception. It was 600 yen per person. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok sandwiches picked up each morning in a box. The room was large and the beds very comfortable, the washing machine was a big plus and it was easy to dry clothes on the small veranda. The bath was bigger than some others we have had in Japan and the bathroom was very well laid out. The separate toilet also made a lot of sense.It's in a superb position with the main station only a few minutes walk away, and a tram station even closer. Great hotel within 5-10minutes walk from the main JR station. Comfortable rooms and great to have onsen on the top floor. Free noodles and ice cream a bonus. Staff were very friendly.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. Great restaurants, bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy eating at “eggs n things”. Tram station just outside the hotel - easy ride to the places to visit. Pool is brilliant, overlooking the pitch. We’d love to come back again.

Impressive architecture makes this hotel appealing. The rooms are contemporary with angular furniture that looks stylish but not comfortable. Beds were comfortable but pillows hard variety. Bathroom with stunning view lovely and great products in bathroom. Some english spoken but certainly geared more towards local tourism. Its fabulous location means the hourly shuttle bus is welcome as there is nothing nearby in terms of shops or restaurants. Hotel has four restaurants but from 2 to 4 nothing...

Excellent location for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. Transport is also very close and convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent toiletries available for guests. Free laundry facilities for guests. Really beautiful, modern hotel with spacious rooms.

What an absolute steal this hotel is! Located within a large shopping mall just outside Nagasaki station and across the road from the Express Bus station for the airport. As a solo traveller I opted for a small double room (15sqm) but it was very comfortable and had all the usual amenities like a fridge and kettle etc. A lot of key sites in Nagasaki are around 30mins walk away which was convenient. It's located in the city centre and we found it very convenient. The room is quite good and not that small, which is out of expected.

This hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the train station so a great location for getting around. It’s also equidistant by tram from Glovers Garden in one direction and the Peace park and the museum in the other, so a perfect location. Really beautiful hotel with very large rooms - the biggest I've experienced in Japan. Delicious traditional breakfast. About 12 mins walking distance to the peace park and museum, and 5 mins walk from bus stops. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room.
