Quality budget hotel with helpful staff

Hotel Cyril is a budget hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The hotel is new and in good condition. It is away from the crowded central tourist district, near to the VIvekananda Kendra campus. A great destination for a multi-day visit.

New experience! Quiet and meditative stay! Excellent service! Nutritious food! Personal care given by staff members! Exceptional attention given for accommodation.English speaking 24 hours manager on board. Very close to Balaji temple. 5/7 minutes to Vivekananda Rock and 2 hours from the airport Thiruvanthapuram. I am definitely going back.

It was fine but we expected some more amenities like a refrigerator an iron box. Also I hope they could accept credit cards instead of only cash or Google pay. Overall it was good

Wrong time right place

The location is slightly out of town. However it was the festival of Pongal and there was a loudspeaker near my room making noise until 10.30 and from before 6 am. This was very difficult. The hotel is simple and I guess it is normally quiet

This is not a hotel and we did not check it due to the hygienic conditions. There were flies everywhere and bedsheets had yellow stains on them. I have asked for a full refund of what I paid hoping that my concerns will be heard. Looks more like a motel. Please check the hotel conditions before updating them in your website.
