Major shout out to Miho at aomi the Japanese restaurant she made my 30th birthday so memorable ! And went above and beyond! Also enjoyed sunset bar with Axel and the elder gentleman and young woman with short hair who always has such a bright smile on her face! Also Amy from the spa was sooo kind! Last the pool guy at the upstairs sunset pool was incredible as well! This is the first property that was 100/10 for me and made me realize 5 star hotels shouldn’t be called 5 star. "The swimming pool and beach facilities were excellent and well-maintained. However, it was slightly disappointing that there wasn't much marine life to see while snorkeling. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I particularly found the 'eco-friendly' voucher system—which rewards guests with on-site credits for opting out of daily room cleaning—to be both practical and thoughtful."

"Beautiful breakfast buffet and extremely friendly staff. The views from the Palm Towers were gorgeous . My only concern is that most of the amenties are on a pay per use basis and quite expensive for the value they add (think mini golf or par 3 or beach chairs)"
