Loved my first stay in Nagoya primarily because of this wonderfully located hotel next to great shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, close to Nagoya Station. I will always stay at this hotel - beautiful lobby and clean and up to date rooms.

清潔安排滿意及足夠，惟大堂沒有熱水供應不便。另房間隔音度不足，到晚上會聽到鐵路運行聲浪，而因房間為互相緊貼設計，時常聽到隔壁房間使用金屬掛衣架的聲浪，影響睡眠品質。
