Don’t rent here

The place was terrible would never recommend it. It was dirty and not swept from the last tenants with sand and dog hair everywhere. There were roaches crawling on the ceiling at night. We had issues getting in the unit and had to have the code changed twice, then a third time after somebody tried to get into our room while we were gone. The toilet was broken. We called for it to be fixed. It ran all night the next day the technician fixed it, but ultimately really did not the next morning. It was running and not flushing like it had the day before and we noticed he did not actually change the plug in the toilet. The TV was broken and when they try to fix it, it just cut off again and again so we gave up the only positive thing I can say is the staff on site were nice. They seem to have their hands tied dealing with Kees vacation rental company. Just overall a very disappointing experience and I would never stay here ever again. Let alone for a week at a time.. the oven inside was also dirty and just smoked if you turned it on. We really could not cook in this place and honestly it was disgusting and I would not drink out of the Keurig or the coffee pot.. I would have left. Had I’ve been able to get my money back.

Do not stay here

This place was a total dump. There was a single mattress on top of a frame... the bed was so uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep. The room was completely outdated. There were no couches to sit on... only the wooden dinner chairs and the beds. We would never recommended this place to anybody. There only plus was its location to the beach

The location to the beach was excellent. You can do long stays because of the amenities.

The house smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The floors were very sandy in the rooms downstairs . The master bed upstairs has this giant hump in the bed so don’t expect to sleep if there is more than one of you in the bed . The house is not very clean , there wasn’t someone else’s hair on the bed cover upstairs there was hair in the shower, food behind the couches. Nice location to the beach and roomy for 6 people .

Can do better

Not clean, strong smoke odor, drains don’t drain, 2 of 3 tvs don’t work but location and beach access excellent, dishes and cooking tools sufficient and stove seems new.

We'll Be Back

Aside from not having a labeled parking spot for cabin #12, I dont have anything bad to say. Clearly you are not renting this spot for it's modern day curb appeal and if you are bougie and expecting above par conditions, don't bother. When we walked inside, we were certainly blown away with how spacios and neat things were. We are used to the country and our home is older so this place made us feel like home. We will certainly be back.

This place was disgusting, it was dirty, my sister and her son checked in at 11.30 that night, tried going to sleep, bed was awful, she woke up scracthing and had a bite on back of her leg, she was acared it was bed bugs, she left house at 1 in morning because of the itching. We contacted Kees vacation at 8.55 that morning and informed them that we were checking out due to unsanitary conditons and bugs. Realty never contacted us back that day so at 1.40pm that afternoon I called Kees vacation again and had yo go over everthing again as they didn't check with anyone in office to see if they were aware of this or working on it. I was then told it would about 2 weeks before they decided what to fo about it. Wow, awful awful customer service.

it just needs a little updating, the kitchen drawer was broke, it was clean, all of the soap dispensers were empty. it was very spacious, loved the layout, I asked for a late checkout and they gave it to me. when I checked in the door code did not work, I saw an employee and he helped me then they messaged with a new code. staff and cleanliness were great, just really needs updated.

Tried to talk to customer service days before the trip and had to call 6 times throughout the day and multiple days to finally get ahold of someone. We cancelled and asked for a refund because they were under hurricane watch, flood watch, severe weather watch, state emergency, high riptides, and lane closures that prevented us from getting there and after being promised a refund we get an email when we are supposed to be checking out saying we are no longer able to get a refund.
