"This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!"

"A very good hotel in its category, a bit far away from the main area of shops etc but located in a quiet spot with fantastic views of the mountains and valley below. Very kind service, though no on site restaurant area, so food served in the room only. Had very nice restful two nights stay on the way to the upper Dharamsala McLeod Ganj."

"great hotel, nice staff, very respectful and courteous, all staff stand as you walk by them to show gratitude , honor, respect for the customer / guests. I am from upstat New York. I consider the hotel very safe, good one hour walking running course on quiet main road next to the hotel. "The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous. They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast. A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat. The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean. The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. "
