"挙式の為利用しました。式や披露宴等はスタッフの対応含めとても良かったのですが、チェックインアウトがセルフだったので最初に案内等してほしかった。大浴場に行くルートが分からずたどり着けなかったので案内図を置くとか何とかしてほしい。料金程のサービスを感じれなかったのはとても残念。 客室はとても綺麗で清潔でしたがコーヒーやお茶等何も無いので飲み物は持ち込み必須。"
