"loved everything"

"The room was very basic, surprised that it was called a superior room. At the time of booking I wish the Hotel would have indicated that there was construction taking place. It was right in front of our room and was noisy till 2am. Not cool when the hotel and Expedia do not mention there is construction that is on going. The breakfast was at a restaurant separate from the hotel and was very basic. The server, could not be bothered. To her we were more of a headache."

"The room was very well equipped, but there was no dishwasher. There was tea, some cooking oil, spices, and more. The room was clean. The Internet was fast! The person who manages the property lives in the same building, so you do not need to worry about the reception upon arrival. The apartment is close to HaShalom train station, very close to the Yehudi lightrail station, and close to a wide selection of supermarkets. I would come back for sure."

"Good location. Very nice bulding. "

"It’s ok"

"Great location, very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic. The front desk staff were all friendly and provided excellent service including offering me a beach towel and to hold my luggage pre-check in. A special thank you to Raghan, She was fantastic and one of the reasons I will return to this hotel."

"This is probably my fifth stay. Love the location directly on the beach with restaurants easily accessible. The hotel breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff was very supportive . The furniture in the room was a bit beat up. But I am coming back."

"Terrible experience - I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely small, and the air conditioning did not work. After arriving from a late-night flight, there was no one there to greet me or let me into the property, and I had not been properly informed beforehand about how I was supposed to access the hotel. Another guest actually had to contact the property on my behalf so that I could get inside. The experience was bad enough that I ultimately had to find and pay for another...

"Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Guests are given a voucher for breakfast at three cafes in the neighborhood, from 7:30am. Two of the cafes are closed on Saturday. There is no breakfast served at the hotel."

"Location is amazing , they did an almost great job remodeling the place. The fact that there is no staff on site for the most part is a disadvantage since problems can not be solved efficiently. The property is nice , extremely close to everything near Dizengoff. The only problems I can report is the complete lack of hot or warm water during the 3 nights I stayed. Also, two lights were out and never fixed. When you write in WhatsApp, the always apologize and claim the problem would be fix. ...
