"The ambience of the hotel is very refreshing. the rooms were specious, with comfortable beds and good lighting, the service here is turly commendable, room service was fast, and the staff always ensured we had everything we needed.

Excel Hotels & Resorts Mall Road Nainital
THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue.
